Add shoes to cart on DSG. Once you do that there is a order# generated in your cart. Call them and tell them your trying to use the 20% off promo but it is not adding to your order#. They should then take the 20 off. If you use Ebates go through the app when you add it to your cart to get the extra 5% cash back

Thats the one i had saved just in case they asked but like nflowshoe mentioned i did the same exact thing for exception of the ebates part and the rep never even asked for the code.
