I'm on the Fire Red V (the black midsole, not the PE).
Only shoe I wanted in recent years, and missed.
Was 30K feet in the air on RD.
Easily my favorite V.
Paid $80 for them in 1990 because of a slight "blemish" on the collar.

fire red v were actually a tough find in 1990..i remember they sold out at a couple local malls.. found my size at a mall like an hour away... days before the internet........

I like my CDP pair better with the 23 but I'm contemplating another because of yellowing

 I don't care that much about yellowing but on the 5s it can get a bit more bothersome than other shoes after awhile. damn netting
