Does it really matter if the shoe is a little different, I mean I see both sides of the argument, but for me subtle differences really don't make or break this shoe in this case, I'm just glad they are re releasing them again

and i just got an email from the seller...hes shipping them today

I already got my tracking number from him, shipping today fed ex! LOL its funny because I HAD 2 pairs of the 09s last week, sold 1 for $340 shipped.  Now I replace it for retail

Look everyone... the 2009's and 2010's are the same exact shoe... the 09 is not as icey because its older of course.. but the 09's looked lookied the same way the 2010's look now as when they released.
