I'll live plus i got the rest for no more than 240 so pulling that 500 wasnt bad.

Put in a DM to Twitter but didn't see a help function within the updated app...
I'm really considering going back to the original app cause I've had success with it. The only thing making me keep the update is the location thing added to it. Curious to see how this location thing is going to be used

so if I was selling a pair of these on ebay, what's the best way to make sure a buyer doesn't screw me? I know buyers have all the power on ebay...is there anything I can do to prove that I sent an authentic pair in case a buyer tries to say they're fakes?

Your receipt....from a reputable outlet should do that.

yeah but couldn't the buyer just accuse me of sending them a fake and keeping the authentics for myself?

You could get MJ to authenticate the pair .... And douche may still claim you have kept the authentic pair. Any kicks I've sold through fleabay I have relied on my receipt and knowledge of the kicks to trump buyer conjecture. I know folks who go through the trouble of videotaping the packing in an effort to ensure themselves against the buyer grift but ultimately I feel that there is very 100% sure proof way against it. At the end of the day you don't have to sell to the individual if you suspect a con artist (through feedback).

So let's say someone with low feedback wins your auction...what do you do about it? Ebay will let you just cancel the transaction ?

I sold a pair of Royals via Paypal and the buyer came back with a dispute a month later and tried to say they were fake after taking them to a "sneaker convention" and selling them to a buyer who later returned them claiming they were bootlegs.

I had them verified through different outlets, namely the forum here on NT. I've also had quite a few pairs so I like to think I'm good at telling the difference.

I was able to prove that my username on here was me by showing that my signature on here links to my personal eBay account.

I was able to compile all of this information and links into Word documents that I attached to the case within Paypal. I had like 15 attachments of photos, an auction where the shoes were listed, and Word documents with links and explanations of everything.

The person that was in charge of deciding that dispute did their job.

All of this and the buyer did nothing.

I won the case and the buyer was not refunded.

Needless to say, I would have been heated had the buyer won the case because those shoes were definitely legit. My guess was that he took them and sold them and the person that purchased them switched them out and came back to him demanding a refund.

Make sure you set eBay buyer restrictions.
