I don’t have these anymore but I do have the OG 180 Pump and even those in a size 13 don’t look quite as large lol. If I get my hands on these I’ll do a comparison

Waiting to find out how they hold up on foot regarding the air bubble squeaking/croaking issue. I already know they look good and thank you jshort for the quick comfort review. But I'm not copping until I know the air bubble is good because that's why I sold my 2013 and 2018 pairs. I wear and beat all my shoes and I'm not tryna walk around sounding like a duck. So I'm a lot less worried about how they look under a microscope and more so how they are on foot.

I take my nike retros with a grain of salt. I'm happy with good enough because I know no 1:1 retro will exist. I own '85 black and white jordan 1s from 2023, air max III (90) infrareds from 2020, among countless other retros. Those two stand out as very close to the originals but obviously, nothing retro is original.

I went ahead and compared the 2018 release -made in 2017- with the OG 180 pump. I know it’s the basketball shoe but it goes to show the last retro wasn’t really far off from even the size of OG 180 Pump. Both are the same size btw

Original Force 180 have uber big air Unit , but there is more PU that cover , when you dismantle them you see it . its wider taller ... the runner have a bigger cut of PU thats it , so comparing opening is not relevant in that case .

Well I'm just now curious about a straight up size comparison between the 2024's vs OG's.

Basically , on the force you see more chambers under and less height .... but its the tip of the iceberg ... when you remove all the crumbled part the unit was uber Huge . So only the total volume is the correct way .

Nope though i d' like to ..... i'm really passionate about the 180 in general and this was an attempt to use a retro midsole .... but its not correct dimensions . Since i have 6 pairs of size 15 the only correct way is 3D printing . I'm still waiting to see a possible retro before biting the bullet . Using the original sole is mandatory ,with the rubber flap .
