His record is 20-22 though. He's among the best QBs?

We going to act like games aren't won by teams and not QB's?

Alex Smith has a better record over the last couple years than Brady, Rodgers and Brees so he's obviously a better QB right?

Can't judge an individual player by team performance.

I'm so tired of these dudes at espn like greenberg and Skip still acting like Cam isnt among the best QB's. But yet they hype the **** out of every other white QB that is as average as ever
That's cool...we'll see come Super Bowl

Cam seems to be a media lightning rod for some reason I completely don't understand.

He had a fantastic game last night.  It's too bad he isn't getting the credit he deserves because of this shocking, shocking tragic controversy, but sometimes it can be good to have your success fly under the radar.

2010 (a year before Cam got there) 2-14
2011 6-10
2012 7-9
2013 7-3, going into Week 12

He came into a not so stellar situation. The team has improved each year, keyword team.
Lol the disrespect is getting comical now. But regardless we cant let up these next two weeks against Miami or Tampa.

This rule doesn't apply to all QB's for whatever reason...

"Very disingenuous — has a fake smile, comes off as very scripted and has a selfish, me-first makeup.  Always knows where the cameras are and plays to them.  Has an enormous ego with a sense of entitlement that continually invites trouble and makes him believe he is above the law — does not command respect from teammates and will always struggle to win a locker room . . . Lacks accountability, focus and trustworthiness — is not punctual, seeks shortcuts and sets a bad example.  Immature and has had issues with authority.  Not dependable.”

I'm not really sure that any of that write up about Cam is false. That has nothing to do with his talents on the field. Does he not seem to have a fake smile, sound like he's speaking from a teleprompter everytime he gives an interview and play to the cameras every second he gets the chance? I can't stand the way this dude speaks...just be your damn self instead of speaking like a robot and you'd be a little more likeable IMO.

It seems to be Cam for some reason, I think it stems back to his College days.

Cause the media was slurping RG3 all last year and all off season and now as of lately they've been throwing him under the bus ( which is deserved cause of his play ).

Same thing with russy, since last year they been on his bandwagon.

Not sure about TP2.
They started with RG3 during the off-season, they were definitely not slurping him.  Anyone remember how McNabb was always treated relative to other QBs in the league?

Russell Wilson they just ignore.  He also might be the most media cautious person in the league, knows to never say anything but cliches in his interviews.

Exactly.  That's a good example.

According to Barnwell, if the Patriots get the defensive holding call and another chance from the 13-yard line, their chance of winning is about 23%.

you had a group of people who clearly had an agenda and wanted to discredit anything mcnabb did..

then you had some who were a little more realistic and realized our WRs were todd pinkston, james thrash and freddie mitchell (we did have chad lewis though

).. then we added reggie brown

- and to go with that, we had andy reid wanting to throw the ball 70% of the time.. then westbrook had his injuries

HOWEVER, amazingly whenever the backups came in reid actually utilized the running game to take pressure off the QB (we had 3 good/decent RBs.. westbrook, deuce staley and correll buckhalter)

23% thats it!?! Gotta believe they win that game if they get the call but who knows.

Funny how some of y'all don't want I give Cam the credit for the team winning but that doesn't stop y'all from giving Peyton and Brady the credit when they win :lol

He's 20-22, cat's are saying he's among the best QBs. The kid is athletic and has skill but come on. A couple good games this season and a top 3 defense but now theres a love fest for Cam.

As for the whole slurpfest about black and white. Cam was getting so much love his rookie season. He put up HUGE numbers. Everyone was loving the kid even though he wasn't winning. So I don't want to hear **** about race.

Wait, because the media gave him credit for his ridiculous rookie performances, that means he's never taken unfair criticism.  You don't remember the uproar over him putting a towel on top of his head?

Can you maybe compare Cam to, two other QB's in his class? Brady and Peyton? Come on man.

I clearly remember that. Cam brought a lot of the negative attention on himself. There's been mad posts complaining about black and white QBs. The point of my post was Cam was SLURPED that first year. People were going crazy over those numbers. His negative attitude is why he started to get ******* on by many.
