Just got back to the game, must say the stadium is amazing, from the cupholders for every seat

, to the waterless urinals

. The feel once your inside the stadium itself is completely different then thoseof stadiums past (Shea, OG Yankee). You actually get the sense your somewhere and not just the feeling you get when your walking through a parking lot. My onlycomplaint is that Delgado didnt hit that HR in the bottom of the 9th

Didn't catch the big inning last night, but was happy to see the 7-2 score walking through the bar. Niese looked pretty solid too, although it's thePirates.

I'd really like to see the Mets complete this homestead vs the Pirates/Braves strong because after wards there is a difficult west coast/road trip (nevereasy to go out West unless its the Diamondbacks).

4 games with San fran (offensively challenged but should be good games with the pitching matchups), which will include the pitching of:

Game One - John Maine vs Jonathan Sanchez

Game Two - Livan Hernandez vs Tim Lincecum

Game Three - Johan Santana vs Randy Johnson

Game Four - Mike Pelfrey vs Matt Cain

Then 3 with the Manny-less Dodgers (which 2 of 3 can be done) and then Boston which is the more difficult series.

Just take care of business at home and go from there.

considering Redding needs another 2-3 minor league starts
to be fully ready, and Ollie on the dl + rehab starts, Neise
will most likely get 2-3 more starts. his best start was vs
atl last year so hell pitch against them this year.

Mets are scoring runs vs a very good pitcher, who just
hit one to the deepest part of the park.

im liking Maines pitch selection today, just go after em.
