Maybe it was the feeling of despair i felt at the W's/Magic game earlier this season, but Monta isn't even the 3rd choice for me holding the ball with10 secs left on that team.

Monta Ellis is definitely an up and coming star in the league. But he doesn't possess the all around ability that Kobe or Lebron have. As stated before hedoesn't play great defense, can't hit the 3 w/ consistency, and his assist totals are pretty mediocre. For you to say you'd rather give the ball toMonta than Lebron at the end of a game is IMO absurd. Monta attacks the rim with a lot of agression however, I don't anyone in the L can get to the rim atwill like Kobe or Bron can.

Monta still has a long way to come but I don't think he'll ever quite crack top 10 in the league.
