Most definitely appreciate the well wishes my man that means a lot yeah my insomnia is unaided because I can't take anything that sedates me because I wake up with internal panic attacks with or without meds. I think it's a form of PTSD of my body and mind remembering that it happened. Saw a psychiatrist recently and they want to put me on meds. That's kind of where I'm at with it now.This situation sounding rough AF... Wishing you well my man
