When I was a checker at a grocery store in high school/early college, I addressed every adult as maam and sir. Some of the women were probably only in their mid to late 20s. It wasn't appreciated by them.

With the insomnia is it literally the case that you cannot sleep unaided?

Most definitely appreciate the well wishes my man that means a lot yeah my insomnia is unaided because I can't take anything that sedates me because I wake up with internal panic attacks with or without meds. I think it's a form of PTSD of my body and mind remembering that it happened. Saw a psychiatrist recently and they want to put me on meds. That's kind of where I'm at with it now.

My grass has got out of control - been busy and it’s been warm and wet here the last few weeks. My lawnmower was running really rough and I found the oil was low.

Checked the shelf in the garage and I have a quart of oil specially formatted for lawnmowers.

What have I become?

i've been up since 7:00 am on a football sunday . made breakfast, got a cut, went food shopping and doing laundry

not supposed to be this productive yet . bout to roast some greenery to even out this productivity .....

Me and the wife are just waking up in our hotel room we got for the her bday night, I don’t hear anything !!

No kids crying , no I want I want , no mommy and daddy and best of all no picking up the house every second. I love my kids but sometime I be like **** them kids .

Take time with the s/o to recharge and reconnect. It does wonders when you are so involved with the kids day to day.

only took two and a half years but for the first time I fell asleep during a zoom meeting. was in the middle of this 15-person zoom in the early afternoon and turned off my camera hoping to get about 60 seconds of shut eye...thought "power nap"

fam, i wake up 15 minutes later to multiple texts, missed calls from my colleagues and a couple of "mo, you there? mo?"
was hella flustered and embarrassed
