I still think about going back for my CPA, but I dread all of that studying, and I've been able to carve out a decent career so far in the corporate world, so I don't really "NEED" to go back.

it's definitely not a bad tool (that or an MBA) if you can get your company to pay for it. in general, i've always thought experience > degree/certifications. but if your company wants to pick up the tab, go for it.

i used to love those big classes my frsh/soph year

Hated it the next few years though.
