Vick was a game-breaker...damn near in his own category. Russ probably fits the definition of a scrambler better a la Tarkenton. Difference being, Russ and Tark do/did all they could to maneuver around defenders behind the line of scrimmage. Once Vick beat the first pass rusher, that homie was gone...had no intentions to **** around behind the LOS to wait for someone to come open.
