Melo hasn't finished at the rim like he's able to all season. Of course getting swarmed by defenses doesn't help, but still. Aside from that the man is fighting for every bucket.

We'll grow from this experience.
We should be a higher seed than 7th next year. It's a tough pill to swallow, but it's a learning experience.
Also, Landry Fields can't walk through the city any more. I don't want to see that young man anywhere. He will get jumped.

while the refs arent even trying to hide it anymore, the knicks CLEARLY look mentally defeated. Melo gets fondled: no call. Wade gets breathed on: Flagrant 2. dont get me started on Lebron.

As backwards as it sounds, the only way we'll start getting calls is if we start winning games. You have to be a top tier team to get top tier team treatment. Not to mention these guys haven't learned how to flop. It might be honorable but at the end of the day not flopping gets us no calls, which we need.
