Let me try my hand at this....

UTA deal, dropping Kessler with UTA wanting two 1sts. Can be two separate deals or one. Also you can drop CLT and rearrange the UTA deal in order to send Gabe and two 2nds to WAS as previously discussed and try to work on something with Brogdon as well. But this is about as solid as I could find.
You get a cheap and underrated starting level C in Nick Richards who at only $5 mil, you don't feel guilty bringing him off the bench. You get your Javale/Dwight 2020 replacement. Should be able to resign him without breaking the bank too.
I originally had Caleb Martin in there, but he is cheaper and has less years than JGreen. Green has been a bit of a disappointment in CLT thus far, so they may have to incentivize to move him with 2 years left after this one. He's still 24, a good athlete on both ends and a decent shooter from what we saw last year. Depth piece.
Sexton/Collins are great pieces which fit seamlessly. While Collin Sexton is not the playmaker of DLo, he is every bit the scorer and most importantly for a team with Bron/AD, he plays
hard all the time. Add that he's 47/38/84 over his career.
Collins has always been difficult to scout because he doesn't really have a solid position up till now. Too small to be a starting (small ball) 5. Doesn't shoot well enough (until now) to be a stretch 4. Can't really guard wings who are now frequently running the 4 to close games. But he would be perfect in that Rui role, can easily play 4 or 5 off the bench and unlike Rui, you can expect a solid 15/7 every night. A bigger PJ Washington that can't get out on wings. But he's going to rebound and score. Every night.
You can remove the protections on that 2027 1st they sent to UTA in the original Westbrook deal. I think it was top 4 protected which would convey into two 2nds. You should then get access to both those 2nds. The only real net negatives they're sending out are Gabe and Vando (only due to injuries). But taking JGreen off CLT hands? Thinking a couple 2nds to CLT (but wouldn't mind 3 with the value) and taking the top 4 off the 1st for UTA.
Now your shaving off even more money and staying firmly in the 1st apron. AND you still have your 2029/2031 1st round picks with even more movable salaries to aggregate in case something even bigger pops off before the deadline. Win-win.
