Players can’t play if the coach isn’t good.
Coaches can’t coach if the roster construction sucks
GMs can’t build properly if the owner is poor

Let’s not act clueless though.
The owner isn’t going anywhere.
The players aren’t going anywhere.
the gm and the coach are always going to get the majority of the blame for the lakers.
