Randle doesn't do enough. He has all the raw talent in the world...but the problem I think is that the Lakers don't have a guard that can consistently get him the rock in positions where he can be successful. On the other hand, Randle simply has poor touch on his shots and I'm not so sure he can improve that part of his game.

As a team in general they are embarrassing and have been for the last 3 seasons. A 7 footer missing a dunk and 3 consecutive putbacks is also embarrassing.

Zubac got game and is the future starting C in spite of the missed put back and missed dunk. Once he learns the speed of the game and sheds a few more pounds, he'll be converting dunks on that same play with regularity.
