be honest

lebron
ingram
lonzo
svi
danny green
javale
dwight
caruso
josh hart

with tons of capspace to go after several young pieces is a whole lot better in terms of talent and longevity for your franchise.

brandon ingram is what ? 22? lakers definitely gave up too much for a 2 yr lebron james timeline.

ingram, lonzo and giannis>
lakers smh
Hard to say if Ingram would have the same production here. Not optimistic that our staff would all of a sudden turn Ingram into a 90% FT shooter and 40% 3pt shooter

Also if you assume Giannis comes in 2021, I can guarantee you it wouldn’t be because of BI and Zo lmao. Probably more likely he comes in 2021 to play with AD and Bron.

So AD + Giannis is sustainable at least until 2025
And AD + Giannis + Bron >> any alternative lineup you can think of

it’s exciting and so rewarding to see players you developed blossom into a superstar, magic, kobe etc.

lakers missed out on this once in a decade opportunity for an aging star in lebron james who’s known to wreak havoc on every franchise he leaves.

lonzo, ingram and svi has so much potential. lakers needed to wait just 1 year and they could have them all plus AD.

and garland is such a talented prospect too

Ingram doesn’t put up 20+ shots if he were still here. His high last season was 21, after Christmas. He’s getting his run and blossoming, it’s good to see.

Giannis to dubs is very real. MIL lose in 2nd round, Giannis demands trade, MIN/MIL/GS 3 way deal involving KAT, Dlo, lottery picks.....

I like Bi too but we got Anthony ****ing Davis y’all

Nola wasn’t doing that trade without getting BI either. It wasn’t choose “choose 2/3 or 3/4 of our young core”. discussions probably started with Ingram,Zo & the 4th pick. we threw in Josh Hart and got to keep Kuz.
Just a lot of revisionist history going on. Most people, even Laker fans, was sleepin on him. Those who paid attention to BI around the all star game time and saw how the trade rumors got to him knew he was gon be a baller

Its like every time someone we trade have a good game doods wanna run in here and cry about it...

AD’s short sleeve compression shirt > Brandon Ingram

Ingram is gonna be a nice/great player
but He was NOT gonna become that here with Bron and AD (assuming they trade Kuzma instead or AD signed in FA)

Laker thread turning into small NBA thread. Smh. Sat needs to come fast

Hindsight is 20/20.

Lakers win a title and this will never be brought up again.

Ingram has a career night. Of course the narrative is the Lakers messed up.

Lakers and Pelicans are both gonna benefit from the trade. Lakers first then Pelicans.

We all saw the potential in BI and now its finally coming to fruition. Good for him.

Since everyone talkn bout Freak to SF.

Imagine this...young Buck Giannis loses to LAL back to back in the Finals. Then pulls a KD to join the team that beat him, to team up with prime AD and a Lebron who about to be on his way to retirement with 5 rings lol

Lets all new real Ingram isn’t about all that spotlight there’s no way he would be doing this in Lakers, I’m happy for him with the Pelicans but let’s not forget Bron and company shut him down.
