Trying to figure out why he would want to stay there. Even Philly would make sense.

He's from Palmdale so maybe he really likes a quiet and slower city. And I read somewhere that he likes the fact that Russ takes all the spotlight, he doesn't want to be the #1 option.

I expect the narrative to flip tomorrow or Friday that both of them are signing.

My thinking is it would be similar to the Dlo Moz trade. Attach one of the core guys to Deng, get a 1st back.
