Welp, good effort but Porzingis-Rose were awesome and the turnovers hurt a lot.

Edit:

Jennings, Hernangomez and Holiday were really good off the bench too.

I didn't understand switching the Porzingis-Rose pick and roll at all. Go underneath the screen and make Rose make 18+ foot jump shots.

Dengs best game all season. If he can be this consistent he's worth that 15mill.

Porzingis just unreal, 6 blocks Jesus.

Maybe split this road trip if they lose out.

Back to the tanking board.

Smh we could have had porzingis

It was never going to happen. Nor would it have been smart on our part, if you actually think about what happens if you take Porzingis at 2. Because it wouldn't play out as well as you think it would.

Porzingis means no Nance. You likely don't double up on PF in the same draft

Also means you likely trade Randle. At the time Randle was viewed as an injury risk and a low stock. Probably would end up with an okay but not spectacular veteran.

With Porzingis and an established veteran, and a different approach in Free Agency, maybe instead of the 17 win Lakers we are the 23 win Suns.. and lose the pick.

So instead of Russell/Clarkson/Ingram/ Randle/ Nance

We are Clarkson / Porzingis /

The hell with randle if we could have prozingis smh i remember seeing a clip of him before the draft and said he looked like a KG type player

No Randle and No Ingram. Don't just assume oh yeah... EVERYTHING would be the same.

I'm good with Russell/Clarkson/Ingram/Randle
Over
Clarkson/Porzingis
