**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

the process in philly has paid off greatly for them....hopefully our guys hit their stride sooner than later.

So how do we send the bleacher report Deng extension article to Magic and Rob?

Did anyone think Deng would ever be behind Corey Brewer in a team’s rotation? Pathetic.

from yesterday:

"Lonzo Ball went to the Lakers’ training facility after last night’s game to work on his shot, Luke Walton said. Ball also arrived early for today’s practice to get up some more shots."

what he should have done as soon as UCLA got knocked out by Kentucky was go on a crazy weight training program. He should have gained 10 pounds over the summer and gotten stronger so that he could finish at the rim. Thats 99 percent of why he cant finish at the rim now. He can get there easily. 6'6 190lbs aint gonna cut it. J.Hart is 205. KCP 215. Both 1 inch shorter than him.

Pretty sure this isn't the first time he's done this. Need it to start translating to games.
You're mistaken. He usually goes to his Chino Hills home to work out. Remember he uses that chair as a defender and takes lots jumpers from the barbeque pit. 200 shots from there and 200 shots from the balcony. Then he eats sausages and pancakes served by Lavar as a post workout meal.

Corny, but ok.

He is frail no doubt
Another thing I noticed is that he favors his left hand when he’s at the rim. To a fault though because a lot of times he should use his right but he makes the layup way more difficult by forcing it awkwardly to his left hand. Just weird.
Confidence was the main thing with those missed layups vs Philly, he was scared and rushed those layups
