1. Abortions and Tubal Ligation are not the same thing
2. Abortions and Tubal Ligation are both legal and it is unconstitutional to require spousal (a Man's) consent for either
3. We are a "Nation of Laws" and their are legal ramifications for States, Cities, Town, etc that chose to violate Federal Law.

The cities in those states are fighting.

Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wisconsin are also fighting to overturn abortion laws, AND laws that govern reproductive medical procedures for women.

Its more a matter separating facts from opinions for me.

It is not factually correct for anyone to claim that a woman requires a man's consent for abortions or tubal ligation.

Hasn't been that way for over 40 years.

Beyond that...I have no problem with you expressing your opinions but we need to separate the facts from the feelings if we are to be honest in our debates / posts...otherwise its hyperbole / opinions and should be identified as such.

The claim has been proven false is all I'm saying.
