Is it only this shade of red that bleeds? I never had a problem with any of my 1's doing this.red paint bleeds too easily. Always have to check for rain

I think it's because the leather has a different (or doesn't have any) coating versus other 1s.

These don't have any coating, maybe Nike intended for it to bleed and blemish over time.

Ummmm... I like the clean look of the university suede pair... Both still nice in hand...these look better than the UNC suedes to me

As much as I love my Shadow 2.0s and University Blues, I’m kind of tired of shoes made out of suede or nubuck where I have to do a weather based risk/reward assessment every time i want to wear them.red paint bleeds too easily. Always have to check for rain
After the palominos come out, I’m passing on 1s that don’t use regular leather.

I feel the same way about my LnF and suede university blue’s but those also happen to be my favorite color ways. Most all regular leather 1’s are boring to me unless it’s an og colorway.

Hey guys, had a quick question.
I'm looking to pick up a pair for my SO for her birthday and will be purchasing a grade school size.
I asked a person on eBay who said he has the actual store receipt if it comes with the yellow faux store receipt and he said those came in only mens pair and never grade school pairs yet a Grade School unboxing I saw included th eyellow receipt.
What's the correct answer on this one?
