It's anything but safe there, especially if you're Hmong. (Research is key.)

Granted, I'm sure you're a lot less likely to get killed in a drive by or something, but it's still dangerous there. Moreso about who you affiliatewith than where you live, though.

No matter what, people will find a way to commit crime. China is def. not safe compared to some other countries.
