It is deception because she didn't allow you an out without you already being emotionally attached to her.

In order for deception there had to be perception. Can you understand that? If I already perceived her to be sexually active before she met me, she did not deceive me.

Withholding vital information that would/could determine whether or not someone stays or goes, IS deception.

Let me give you another example.

If I am a professor, and I wait until after the add/drop period to tell my students that they have to do a 20 page paper, that is deception. Yes, they can still leave, and get a W, but that information should be told to them via the syllabus and/or before the add/drop period.

"Vital information" is the difference in this topic

Of course there is some level of deception when it comes to all taboo things, and lieing/deceiving is definitely wrong. however, I think by bringing attention to these kinds of things people into these taboo things will eventually feel less of a need to deceive people in their lives. I think that was the main point of Bruce interview.

Nope, which is why I keep saying Bruce waited until after his 1st marriage to tell that information because that's when he accepted and came to terms with it. I don't recall him saying he waited until after all his marriages.

I think if you meet a girl, and she has known that she would eventually go under the knife to become a man since 15, she needs to verbalize that to ANY man she gets into a grown person relationship with. She needs to do that BEFORE her and any person gets serious. BEFORE. BEFORE. BEFORE.

That isn't something you look at and say, "I will wait and tell him when I am ready."

Because as I said, if you wait until you are in love with that person, that person no longer has a clear vision of the situation. Emotionally, they are attached to you. So they might stick around simply because they have already invested so much time with you.

Pretty big thing to most people in this country. Most people care if their wife is slobbing on someone's knob on video and all of their friends, family, coworkers, future sons and daughters will see it. It's important to talk about even if you personally don't have a problem with it.

Which is why her intentions on not sharing it is deceitful regardless of how you feel. She knows how society views it and withholding it is shady.
