Is Bruce Jenner Trolling?

Now you are taking my words out of context. You can do better than that man.

If a man or woman chooses to go into the OPPOSITE bathroom, simply off the merit that they feel like they are in the wrong body, that will cause an uproar.

Again, if you can't understand that, I don't know what to tell you
wouldn't really bother me. I'm in the bathroom to take a piss that's it. Wouldn't even mind unisex bathrooms.

My stance, at least to this point, is that the transgendered thing is not a simple "Live and let live" type of issue. Until there are laws which require the immediate disclosure of such information before any intimate/physical interaction with another person, and trans/cisgendered restrooms become the norm I think any general acceptance is premature. Largely in part because I fear the violence that could happen as a result of people being deceived and the very foreseeable possibility of perverts capitalizing on the general acceptance.
legislation for pre relationship disclosures  Chapelle already invented the love contract
Everybody should come with a carfax

I wish there was a law that said shorty had to tell me she was in a porno before I was deceived

You are one person. You are a man. Most men probably wouldn''t care. Which is why I said WOMEN would be livid if this were to happen

I am sure PLENTY of women would have a problem with men that believe they are supposed to be women, are coming into their restroom. I am SURE that would be the case.

@heLiumcLinton  Listen. Closely. Please.

If a man that believes he is trapped inside of a woman's body, meets a woman and gets into a serious relationship with her, and WITHHOLDS that information, that is deception.

He did not rightfully give her the option of getting away BEFORE feelings were invested.

It doesn't matter when he told her AFTER the fact. If he didn't tell her from the jump, that is deception.

If you can't understand that, I don't know what to tell you man.
word. Just as wrong as down low men not telling their female partners that they mess with guys on the side.

Be careful out there in the dating world if you aren't already attached

So you don't think a woman that did porn years ago, meets you, gets into a relationship with you, falls in love with you, gets married to you, and right before a kid tells you she did porn.

That isn't deception to you?

Yea, tons of rape laws... assault, battery the list goes on into perpetuity
are you trying to say that a pervert disgusied as a transgender person could go into a retroom, exposive him or heraelf, and then use transgenderism as a legal defense?

Yes they need to make that a law

Just interesting to hear you explain how these women feel when they made statements saying how they felt and no mention of deception
Then saying that they didn't FEEL it was deception doesn't mean it wasn't deception. They are just explaining how they FELT.

Deception is Deception. How you feel towards it doesn't make it any more/less deceptive.

I don't know too many straight women staying with a woman because they were deceived and now feelings are invested

What if it was your young daughter in the women's restroom and a pervert disguised as a transgender pulled out his male parts to use the bathroom

You don't get it, certainly not the same thing. But if you think that doing porn is the same as finding out your wife use to be a man after you are married is the same I don't know how to make this discussion work. It's marriage not a night out on the town.

Yea and just use the bathroom. As long as he/she doesn't physically touch anyone, what's to prevent him/her from saying I was just using the bathroom and I believe I'm the opposite sex?

See now you are just being a smart ***.

We are trying to have a mature discussion at this point. Why must you go down this route?
Ok I meet a girl, fall in love, about to have a kid .. find out she has a porno. Unless she previously said she was a virgin I honestly don't see the deception. What was she perceiving herself to be?

what's to prevent anyone from saying anything, unless it's on video?

Find out she use to have a penis...change any?

It is deception because she didn't allow you an out without you already being emotionally attached to her.

You seriously can't understand that?

I think those who fear transgender honestly feel like they will be duped. As for the bathroom situation; I believe Tailand is one of the only places that caters to the transgender population. I don't know if the U.S. has enough of a transgender population to put it in to play.

The term HATE CRIME is a media created monster. Anyone with sense doesn't take that phrase serious.

Just like the supposed knock out game that black people used as a hate crime vs. white folks
Again your ignorance shines bright. The term Hate Crime came about in the 80's and for very good reasons. Policy advocates were focusing on a series of incidents that targeted Jews, Asians and African Americans. You really should educate yourself more on subjects you clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Withholding vital information that would/could determine whether or not someone stays or goes, IS deception.

Let me give you another example.

If I am a professor, and I wait until after the add/drop period to tell my students that they have to do a 20 page paper, that is deception. Yes, they can still leave, and get a W, but that information should be told to them via the syllabus and/or before the add/drop period.

You're all over the place. There's definitely a difference between my wife telling me she feels like a man and telling me she used to be a man.
