So I looked up the definition of racism and:

prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

Doesn't say anything about oppressing other races.

Now if we were talking about systemic or institutionalized racism than maybe your definition makes sense.
