Harassment/Sexual Harassment at work. FELLAS, LOOK OUT FOR THESE TRAPS.

But seriously, it's crazy how much power women have in situations like and how quickly the powers-that-be will jump to her side.

And women just don't know how much they can amp us up with their choice of clothing

Fixed.

great thread, op. Keep vigilant, NT fam.

agreed, to an extent. some women tho, they can wear a straight up bed sheet or standard issue hospital scrubs and fill that out like niykee heaton. so some really can't do anything about it.

i remember a few years ago there was this story that made front page in nyc...some hispanic joint got fired from her bank job (i think Chase) because her body was too on point. she wore normal knee length pencil skirt, and a pretty standard blouse. and idk she was found to be distracting or w.e...at least that what was put out there, idk if there was unreleased back story, but she WAS bad and her getting fired i thought at the time to be a slap in the face of the women who kept their jobs

it's more so personality

you gotta find the chick not gossiping or telling all of their business

lotta people snitch on themselves thru words or obvious actions

I've said it before but almost everybody is messing with everybody at every job

the whole idea of professional is all fake

I usually wait for a chick to quit before I hit

What if you touch a co worker outside of work. Like at a bar? Can they still use that as sexual harrassment?

The short answer is YES. It is always easy to make a connection. That's why I say document things. Screen shot messages. SOMETHING that would make any "acts" or behavior consensual. If you can prove consent, then you JUST MIGHT be okay.

LET ME SAY THAT I AM NOT A LAWYER. I know law, but I am not a lawyer. I cannot give advice. I can only tell you all stories of things that have happened in CA... or that have come across my desk.

My job as an investigator is to simply FIND FACTS. I gather facts for lawyers... and lawyers review... who then send to personnel for discipline if necessary. MY JOB IS TO GET BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY and attempt to put together a puzzle.

Anyone work in a hospital? All types of stuff probably happens there. Those overnight rooms employees sleep in probably light up like the 4th of July under a blacklight.

I've had one where a crazy lady kept "slipping in the bathroom" and would constantly claim she was hurt at work.

I've had one that was HUGE... took me a long time. 26 women in an office. 1 person snitched on someone... and that lead to the discovery of 23 women stealing nearly $2 million in overtime over the course of about 18 months. EVERYONE was fired but those 3 women... and those 3 women I know were doing something shady, just couldn't prove it.

I had one where a woman had too many drinks at a holiday party and started telling everyone how she felt about the other employees. She ended up confessing her love for another dude. Dude ended up smashing... but he was a boss (not her boss.) Allegedly he promised her some things that he couldn't deliver. She snitched, and said he used his power to convince her to "do things she was uncomfortable doing," and dude was fired. (woman was later fired for other work related reasons.) She was never looked at the same though cause everyone knew she was full of crap.

I have had many where employee is dumb as a rock... manager/management force employee to do certain things... basically setting them up for failure. That person complains that the boss is harassing them. Turns out employee is just dumb and can't perform the daily duties of their job. So them telling on the boss eventually leads to the employee getting fired.

I'll come up with more stories as I can think of them.

Anyone else been accused?

So you can get fired for what goes down outside of work

Lord have mercy

I was gonna Mac od my co worker

But another one of my co workers wifed her up(then i scooped up her sister)

Hopefully everything goes well with them. Hate to see him get into some ish

yes sir. Drinks after work. Holiday parties. get togethers at a coworkers house. planned activities like the company softball. Carpools.

I dont know how to put it because it's something that is definitely situational. Every case is different. If a connection can be made between a policy violation and the workplace, it's fair game. i.e. Guy offers to carpool with girl. they carpool for 10 months. (long time on purpose) One day, she complains to boss that she hates carpooling with guy, but can't tell him she doesn't want to carpool anymore because guy is best friends with manager and she fears she wont get a good review coming up. Girl gets subpar review, she complains that she's felt "forced" to carpool for fear of him talking with manager about girl.... and now we have an investigation.

something so simple like doing someone a favor can be turned into some kind of harassment/sexual harassment allegation.

Had a case where this lady couldn't stand this one guy. he was a new guy that wasn't "cool" like the rest of the group. Basically, an introvert that wasn't into the "lets be friends at work" type stuff. So one day, a lady walked by him and made this huge gasp that grabbed everyone's attention. She then claimed that dude was looking at pr0n on his computer. Dude was immediately put on paid leave. Everyone was interviewed in the area. LOT of the people interviewed said they'd seen him engage in questionable behavior. At the end of the day, we got a hold of dudes internet history and NOTHING. He did not violate anything. It was all just a scheme these people were plotting against this new guy.

HE ended up filing complaints against his coworkers and was moved at his request and the department's expense.

Pick and choose your battles fellas

There is that girl i'm trying to get at the office. She mad cool wouldn't pull something like that. She worth it anyway

^
That is messed up as hell. Dude was just minding his business and people plotted against him. In that case could all those people who lied about him get fired? They're also dumb as hell for not thinking they can just look at his browsing history.

Anyone else been accused?

definitely

older woman used to harass me daily from sitting on my lap, pulling my pants down, flirting to anything else you can imagine

never once did I acknowledge her existence then one day she was blocking a doorway and wouldn't let me pass, she then said I hit her and called the cops

the cops escorted me out the building and tried to play me

I had damn near a hundred witnesses on my behalf saying none of what she said was true and I still couldn't work for a whole week

ignoring these chicks is worst than participating, it damages their soul like no other

I was loved at that job and other women there were tryna hurt that lady over me but I full blown begged them not to cause they'd just look at it as I called the play

I def could've sued and the whole nine but I'm just not that dude

stay safe nt

My girl work at one and she was telling me stories the other day. One dude there has a crush on her and a girl came up to her to try to play match maker. She told her like Yea such n such likes u and she declined in a nice manner then the girl just came out like Yea he got a nice ****. Basically one day dude was walking funny and she asked why he was walking like that. He said he was sore and some other things. She asked what other things and he said come in here, he wio in a closet and she said it was so pretty she had to taste it and domed son up.

The doctors are animals tho. They got iPhone they use and she forgot one day and brought it home and was showing me messages that 1 doc was saying trynna hit on her. Them dudes be smashing alot of the employees.

A older white nurse, dude like 52 made some inappropriate comments. She's in school to be a nurse and he always throws the I'll help u out card etc etc. They had a xmas party and he told her her *** looked amazing in her jeans the next day at work. Should've made her tell on that perv.

But yeah many smash stories. My mom works at the same hospital so I hear crazy ****.

Bruh did u just say ur girl domed up son cuz his piece was that pretty

Nah, another chick that works there was telling his girl how pretty that guy's D was in the storage room and domed him up right there. She was trying to get his girl to get a taste too

My bad i work outside and be trynna sneak and type fast plus it's 17 degrees out. But yeah, the other girl domed him up but she was trynna put the word in for son. Ole girl has a bf too smh. Then she had the nerve to bring it up when they were all in a room like Yea I tried to hook u up with her, I told her u taste good. My girl like that **** was just awkward as hell.

I understood Will the first time. Your girls coworker sound like certified freak. Tell her to stay far away from her. Don't let them hangout after work.

I stay coppin feels and super flirtatious with the women at my job. they playfully reject me but i still get mines and aint no black mail i got text and pics. but of course i know who to do that with. i work at a very professional setting by the way at a medical clinic.
