July first or second weekend work PERFECT for me. I have some awesome rates etc...Let's work on what days work best for everyone?

Thurs-Sat
Fri-Sun
Sat-Mon
Sun-Tues

First weekend is the 4th.

Next is the 11th.

Can anyone recommend some of the better shows in vegas? Already seen KA, which was awesome. Now I'm looking for something new for my trip in mid May.

we were in a forum tower emperor suite :wow: hands down the sickest room ive stayed in.

Rain Man Suite... :nthat: :nthat:

quest love took over the hip hop room too and was playing all the good stuff too.

Is their hip hop room pretty big or just a bedroom sized room?

I'm down for a SoCal summit this summer

:nerd: Birthday is in July :nerd:

July 4th weekend? I'll be there that weekend. Anyone else? :nerd:

If you're looking to stick with CDS, Zumanity at NYNY was dope if you're going with a lady companion/gf/wifey. Beatles/Love at the Mirage is dope too if you dig their music.

Hey guys.
So my best friends having his bachelor party in Vegas (cliche, I know  ).

Going to be there the weekend of June 20-23.
I'm responsible for planning the day-time activities. It's a group of about 12 guys.
I haven't been to Vegas in 4 years so I was wondering if you guys could give me some ideas on fun activities to do during the day. Things like go cart racing, driving range, etc...guy activities.

We're going to do the whole pool party thing, and someone else is taking care of the nightlife planning, but they also wanna get drunk and go do some random guy things to kill some time when we wanna take a break from the casinos. Anything fun near the strip for a group of 12 guys? Drinking and games?

Appreciate it in advance!

Also, 2nd question. As far as food goes, for a group of 12, should we go to a buffet? Or go to a nice restaurant? Anyone with bachelor group experiences in Vegas can you lemme know what's easier and more convenient for a group that size? I was thinking of going to that big buffet at Ceasers you guys mentioned, but one dude said he doesn't wanna get that bloated with 10 plates of food before we go out. :rolleyes it seems like the easiest way to go though to avoid bill splitting and nonsense.

Thanks for the reply, I'm going with the wife and a bunch of our friends. Absinthe has caught my eye, any impressions?

just got back yesterday with a group of friends and pockets much lighter for it. I see questions about prices, so this was my experience over the weekend:

XS = $2K for a table and 2 bottles
Wet Republic = $5K for cabana, supposedly $2K if we "pre-ordered" the day before. We just paid general admission which was $55/head; 1 bucket of beer was $130
Sapphire = $400 for a table and bottle

Do u remember who u went through for XS? A bit high for 2 bottles...

One key is never go through an independent host. Always through a promoter at the club, and hit him up 2 weeks prior or so.

It was on a whim, so we went straight to the door, which was a BIG mistake. Obviously a group of already buzzed guys asking for a table at the club are going to hit with that premium sticker price.

I definitely agree with you and can attest from prior trips, proper planning through a promoter is necessary and saves $$$

I can see it if the bottles were magnums of vodka. If you factor in weekend pricing at XS, those magnums could be about $1k each. Other than that, it’d take one bottle of really expensive champagne to meet that minimum.

Honestly, three bottles and appropriate tips should come in under $2k, all in, though.

The new buffet at Caesar's Palace is pretty good.

Unless you guys are trying to get all fancy with some nice steaks then I would say a buffet is the way to go since you already know how much it is per person. Tell your friend to just eat moderately while he's at a buffet.... No one's telling him to stuff his face with 10 plates of food. That's just silly. Besides, you're the one responsible for the planning so if only one guy is complaining, I don't see what the big deal is unless he's the actual bachelor

We all chip in and get a cabana somewhere :nerd:

I like the sound of that!

Can a NYC nter live too???

hope that was a prime table with 2L bottles of dom

2K doesn't get you a dancefloor table at XS does it?

Maybe if you got lucky on Monday night with a bottom of the barrel DJ (like Redfoo) spinning, had the right connections, and tipped them like crazy. That's still a stretch.

But if it's a Saturday night and somebody like Avicii is spinning, back wall tables (4th tier, essentially) go for $3k. Dance floor will set you back at least $7k, if not more. It's not uncommon for every dance floor table on a Saturday night to spend $10k+.

Thats what Im saying...2k on a Sun will get u a solid table with no big time dj :nerd:

I was at XS about 3 weeks ago and after tip/tax it was 2k. They tried to put us outside on the 2nd level way in the back. Didn't like it so we got sat at a table next to the pool. This was on a Saturday night with no big name dj

I'll be there from July 18-22 and will be staying at the Luxor hotel. Anyone with experience with this hotel? Good choice?

Also, I want to check out the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. What is the best tour guide to use? Is there one that goes to Los Angeles also?

So no one is going to answer my questions?

Bruh I can't wait to go back to Vegas.

I couldn't imagine going out there w/ a group of 12 people. Though I can imagine if you were lined up in adjoining sections @ the pool / club that could be crazy
