Or I could get real fancy and announce the time of the drawing, then at that time take a video which starts by showing said time on numerous devices for confirmation of said time (oven clock, microwave clock, another cell phone, computer clock, look out the window, etc...) Then move the video to me doing the actual random.org raff;e and do the 3 drawings in a row removing the winning number each time.

If I pull a 3 for the Hobgoblin raffle, then it is removed for the second and third raffle. Or if I can't remove it and it is drawn again there will be a redraw.

But I can still pull your 13 for the second raffle, or third raffle if it hasn't been called yet.

This makes it fair for everyone and I think it's nice to have 2nd and 3rd place prizes worth $30 so there's more than one winner.
