Just walking at 21 is waste. Wasting them young boy gains where your body doesn't know well enough to tell you your limits yet.

I promise yall boys I'll do better. Im really trying to work on my chest and abdominals soon. Last time i weighed i was 180 spot on.. Now i gotta be a buck 60 sumn.
