I wouldn't practice cooking steak with chuck roast. That **** is meant for slow cooking. Too tough.Just get a choice steak from the grocery store. Should be $10

Bottega Louie

bottega bougie.

probably the most overrated restaurant in LA

went there once for brunch

mfers wanted damn near $20 for eggs, bacon, and potatoes

wylin

never went back

macarons were ok.

rather go to milk for their macaron ice cream sandwiches

I mean all the nice places in Michigan are like $11-14 for a simple breakfast these days

I got a spot or two that’s better than all those and they give you all that and the servings are huge for $7

These fancy spots are so overrated especially for basic breakfast

If your still gonna practice cooking steak dont use expensive cuts of meat.

T-bone
Or chuck roast is the best cuts imo to practice.

Keep working on it, Rome wasn’t built in day.
he did a great job, he just said all he did was season a bit much with is a simple mistake. looks amazing either way, I hate over seasoned steaks especially from up scale restaurants. just tells me they're trying to hide the taste of low quality beef :lol
