he did a great job, he just said all he did was season a bit much with is a simple mistake. looks amazing either way, I hate over seasoned steaks especially from up scale restaurants. just tells me they're trying to hide the taste of low quality beefIf your still gonna practice cooking steak dont use expensive cuts of meat.
