will give that a try next time. its my favorite ice cream place in nyc. I always go there whenever i make a trip to ny.

they used to have my favorite flavor called black coconut ash but they discontinued it because nyc banned black foods with activated charcoal

Had no idea NY banned charcoal. It’s a good ice cream spot for sure. Have you tried Ice and Vice?

I stop by the Ivars in muckilteo (sp?) right next to the whidbey island ferry everytime i am in WA. It is not the greatest, but has become somewht of a tradition over the years of visiting.

Mulkilteo is so nice man. Visited someone's house that sits right on the Pugent sound and I was like, "Damn, folks living like THIS?"

You live out there?

I live outside Philly, much different :lol

My dad spent his teenage years in that area of WA. My aunt, uncle, some cousins, and grandma still live out there; and my sister in Portland. So i visit fairly regularly still, not as much as i would like though. That area in the summer months is just perfect, i love the PNW overall - so beautiful.

I went twice when I was there. The Cajun Fish and Chips was good man.

The Salmon Chowder was good, slightly salty, but still good

Just the meat itself?

I think you could probably repurpose it. Throw it in some mac and cheese, chowder, fried rice.

Or poach in butter.
Someone brought me two whole lobsters from a work function. I threw them in the freezer because I knew In would be gone for a few days.

So the whole thing lol

When I was taking this pic I was thinking about how much better it looks when we’re eating at the restaurant vs take out
