i went to a dominican spot a few years ago and got rice and perneil... the rice was supposed to have beans but i dont care for beans unless its in chili so i said no beans... they gave me the dirtiest look when i said no beans

Mofongo doesn't really reheat well.
Da platano dries out from being in the fridge/freezer. At most I would eat it the next day. Wrap it aluminum foil and bake in the oven.

I want it to be crispier than what they served it to me as being. So I might do a spritz bottle and let it crisp up in the broiler.
