Filipino breakfast is something I do miss. Tapsilog or Bangus.

I was also considering trying to make lumpia from scratch, but haven't had the time to do it.

My fam will usually make some on a lazy saturday or sunday. I discovered that spicy Asian chili chicken wing sauce that you can get from the supermarket is way better than the eggroll sauce from Asian markets. It’s actually spicy and a thicker sauce.

But honestly, marinades take away from the taste of the actual STEAK. I want to taste the steak, not the marinade AND the steak.

depednig on the type of cut you get, it's okay to marinate. I do. I need my steak with flavor.

Skirt steak and flank steak I know people marinate. Especially if used for tacos and **** like that. Thought was talking about steak steak.

It's okay. When it's available, I'll eat it with my spam and rice. Balances the saltiness of the spam.

Other than that, I primarily use ketchup.

I don't think it will be any easier to clean honestly. It might take 30 fewer seconds but that is miniscule.

Buy a real grill man.
