I’d say worse based on the last time I was there.
very loud and obnoxious parties, loitering and fighting/arguing out front, and very scantily clad women - many of which I presume to be hookers looking for work just lingering at the bar doing their rounds with guys.

First two issues are a management problem. Nothing to do with dress code.

Third issue straight up isn't a problem.
