I've been having hard boiled eggs with sea salt and black peppercorns with Ricotta cheese. I never had that kind of cheese. And I only got it because it was on clearance. I might as well improvise.

you should get the "everything but the bagel" and "the everything but the elote" seasoning from trader joe's. goes great with hard boiled eggs.
