im just now coming off my keto diet. Went about 2 months. Just wanted to see my abs again. Now it’s #carbgang again.

also, organic ketchup doesn’t use high fructose corn syrup. It’s a decent lower carb alternative
What were you eating predominately on keto

Carbs aren't the enemy, a natural potato or brown rice won't do **** to you. It's the processed ****, some of which happen to be carbs like white flour, fries drenched in salt and oil (oil is very calorie dense).
 
I was doing eggs and bacon for breakfast with whole creamer coffee. Lunch was either chicken sausages with veggies or Turkey breast.

Snack was Greek yogurt with macadamia nuts or cashews and a sprinkle of blueberries.

post workout shake was just protein powder and low carb milk.

dinner was usually petite sirloin or ribeye steak with salad. Sometimes a fatty dressing if I was low on my calories. Didn’t stray from this very often unless I was stranded somewhere without having made food that day.
