Maaaaaan I turnt up at a Bros bbq on Saturday. A bunch of high school homies so I couldn’t turn down shots. I don’t know why I thought I could hang, but your boy could DEF not hang.

GF found me passed out on the bathroom floor at like 9pm. Puke all over the floor. I had to be carried to a spare bedroom and put down for the night. No puke and rally. No walking and talking blackout drunk ness. Just went straight to passed out.

it’s over for me y’all. Worse than Patrick Ewing on the Magic that one year, I shoulda hung em up long ago. Been hungover since Saturday. Never again.
 
BLACK coffee/cold brew in the morning —> water/sparkling water (Apple Ginger AHA :pimp:) —> vodka/bourbon/tequila/beer
 
one air squat for every glass of water

black coffee + water on weekdays
espresso + alcohol on da weekends

i try to limit the latter as much as possible
juice/soda in the occasional use in a cocktail but otherwise not drinking em
 
Drinking too much water leads to the flushing out of electrolytes and imminent death if not treated immediately.

So don't over do it.

Also I only ever see fat ppl drink/order diet soda.

No more than .8 or 1.0 liters of water per hour.

That's just science. Water intoxication is real.

No need to be drinking a bunch of water when you not an athlete or running a marathon.

If its hot and you constantly sweating and dehydrated its time to get in shape.

Yea not disputing water intoxication at all. It is real.

But the majority of us probably don't get enough, let alone anywhere near intoxication.
