I personally don't eat it, but I know how to cook it. Clean them up and they can be curried, brown stewed, or put in a soup.

I've only ever seen it be used to make chicken stock or for flavor in a soup.

Never seen it prepared as food to eat.

Yup. Been to PR to family members homes and chicken feet was in a dish. Popular in the culture. Another oddity in Puerto Rican cuisine is pigeon stew. The pigeons are home grown, so its not like they are grabbing one off the street and eating it but again it was a dish, like the chicken feet, I passed on.
