I like mayo and mustard sparingly on certain things. But a lot of condiments don't enhance the flavor for me. If it is seasoned well, why hide sugary tomato paste/sauce on it. Ketchup been trash.

Think about the common things people use ketchup with...
Fries - Probably because they aren't seasoned or cooked well
Burgers - Burger is probably dry and not seasoned
Eggs - Again not seasoned, no cheese or chives

So all ketchup does is make the food edible for ya'll.

mostly agree on ketchup. use it with fries and that's about it

fries to me need a condiment, whether ketchup or other. some acidity or sweetness to contrast. plus they're perfect to dip

sometimes I'll incorporate a lil if making bbq sauce. prefer a mostly vinegar based bbq sauce

Burgers, fries, and (very sparingly) on egg sandwiches, but that's about it.

Ketchup is great for mixing though.

Sausage (mayo,ketchup, and sauerkraut)

Mashed potato (sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon)

I’m into oak milk as of late. Not a fan of this one too much

pork belly cut into strips like bacon

sugar from Jamaica

soursop leaf (boil and make tea)
Cinnamon leaf (boil and make tea or use for seasoning)

Pimento seeds (seasoning) and sorrel (make a drink with this)

Got all 3 for $8 bucks off amazon (stainless steel)

ketchup is the goods especially with fries and hot dogs...sometimes chicken but i prefer hot sauce... if anything mustard is trash
