Disproportionate chunks of anything in salads (or any dish, really) is a huge pet peeve of mine.

if I'm at a sit down Mex spot and not ordering tacos I'm typically going carnitas

usually don't order burritos unless it's from a stand/truck/cart or to-go place

Hot pastrami with swiss and half lb of macaroni salad. Salad was good, it wasn't semi sweet like typical mac salads are.

I never combine all my noodles into the sauce. The next day it’ll be dry so I take a portion and cook it down and add noodles

its just filthy good. Wife would never touch it but i got her to try one for the first time (Had to agree to do a 12 day detox with her) and she gave the yuck face. Disappointed.

Damn, surprising because I think as far as raw fish sushi goes that might be one of the more inoffensive cuts.

right? Toro is the least raw tasting sushi there is.

She's a strictly California roll and eel roll consumer. I think eel is more offensive than toro.

exactly. I don't get it. I will pretty much eat anything, but eel is one I pass on.

Unagi/Eel is usually cooked and is like butter, so I can see a non sushi eater enjoying that. I love it.
