Finished product. Right at seven hours. White was a tad dry for my liking but the dark meat was spot on. My six year old nephew had seconds and said it was his favorite so I have that working for me.
Everything looks great in here. Thanks to the last couple of pages deep frying may be my way to go next year.

I still get thrown off by the term “dressing“ when used in relation to Thanksgiving...

Yea, I just call it stuffing regardless if it is ever placed in the bird, which I refuse to do.
