A mix of a maple-mustard glaze and some other spices. Then put in the cloves.

I wouldn't trust a premade one to taste as good. My mother taught me how to prepare this. Only other ham I've had is store bought

Made coquito mix for the first time and ooh wee I can tell that joint is going to hit when I toss it in the shaker later with ice and white rum.

The fam said **** turkey this year so I got up at 7 and threw a 10lb brisket on, and as soon as I got done with my run posted up right next to the cooler

we doing fried chicken and a smaller turkey this year
