Haven't had some good thick, heavy fast food chinese food dumplings in a minute like I used to back in NY. I feel places have been cutting back on how they do them lately, like less meat and thinner dough.

Ya'll got birria in my head so I joined in. Used the og goat instead of beef, doesn't work with cheese to me. Still tasted good though, better w/o the cheese. Got lazy with chopping the onions and cilantro.

for comedic effect
