I’m vegetarian and would probably pass on that. Iceberg lettuce shouldn’t be a featured ingredient in anything other than a BLT or Wedge Salad.

Yeah, if I were to make a vegan “lasagna”, I would do it completely different from that thing in the picture. I think

may be right that it’s a joke because it clearly isn’t cooked - or at least the tomatoes and lettuce aren’t. If it’s not fully cooked, it’s not lasagna.

No. Not plant based. Eat eggs all the time since I have my own chickens. Still eat milk-based cheese pretty regularly.
It’s @SupremeBeing5 who is totally plant-based.
