Luong: I'll be at Japonica Friday. Some of the best sushi in NYC. Alaskan salmon, bluefin tuna, uni flown in from California. Not to mention bay scallop rolls, personal favorite.

Going on a trip to Vegas for a few days tomorrow. Expect to see a lot of posts from me in here. :nerd:

Any recommendations? So far, Paris buffet and Hot and Spicy crawfish (it's like boiling crab)

Earl's of sandwich is always good bang for its buck. Nothing AMAZING, but good.

Hash House A Go Go. All the buffets have been mediocre my last visit. Gordon Ramsey's burger was pretty good. There are lots of good eats off the strip.

Pinks? Overrated.

As far as buffets, Wynn and Wicked Spoon are the best I've had. However, like I said, last visit was mediocre.

Tip: go to Wynn a bit before dinner starts, about 30-45 minutes. That way you pay for lunch and get dinner items :pimp:.

The new one at Caesar's palace was buns, smfh.

Fam, I went to Wicked Spoon on Monday, day after EDC day three. They were about to stop serving, so we got a **** load of food. Took less than 5 bites and I couldn't eat anymore. Disappointing experience :frown:

I will need to try again.

Pass on Paris buffet. Hit up the Studio B Buffet at the M aka the "M" Buffet. Or Wicked Spoon, probably the best on the Strip right now.

(most of these are OFF-Strip. wife and I love to explore outside the Strip)

- can never go wrong w/ Hash House a Go Go.

- Memphis Championship BBQ is a real good spot off Strip. Yelp doesn't do them justice, but that joint was bomb when we had it.

- The Hidden Pizza at the Cosmo.

- Mr. Lucky's Cafe in Hard Rock Casino. Order the Gambler's Special ($7.77) = Steak and shrimp, w/ a side and salad.

- Bouganvillea Cafe at Terribles. go there after the club or late night/early morning... they have some sick deals for under $6. HUGE portions, cheap prices bomb food.

- (not sure what nationality you are) but if you're down, hit up the Aloha Kitchen. Adobo Fried Rice, Adobo Omelette, among other Hawaiian foods

- Steak n Shake at South Point. always, good cheap eats.

- Raising Canes. fast food chicken boxes. always liked it cause we don't have that here in SoCal

- Bahama Breeze. Carribbean food. Never had it before this and it was pretty good.

- i've heard many times that (you) must try Bachi Burger. i think there's 2 in the area. i hear really good things about it. still, never had it. LOL

Hope this helps.

PS. I'm jealous that you're going to Vegas.

i dont like it personally
doesnt really have any flavor i went twice
1st time didnt like it
second time just to make sure that the first wasnt an off day
but came to the conclusion that its over rated
i make WAAAAY better mac n cheese than that place
I'll be going to the Warrior game anyway, worth a try I suppose?

I don't mean to sound ignorant, but is the drive to here and the drive from here to the coliseum sketchy? :nerd:

naw u should be good on the drive

IMO its worth to try just so u can have ur own opinion
but coming from a black man who makes his from scratch its not that good
just cause they throw different types of cheese on it doesnt make it good
i would suggest hitting up arts crab shack which is near by.......it LOOKS shady
but some of the best garlic crab in town
or u can try PICAN its near there as well
think fancy southern food
it looks really nice inside and food is good
just my opinion though u may like homeroom

Don't you mean a Knicks game???

I hate going to Warriors games :\
I don't get it :frown:...I'm a Warrior fan from SF.

My lady got me tickets, some damn good seats: http://www.seats3d.com/nba/golden_state_warriors/#/p_27_2/ SECTION A4 :pimp:.
I was just making a joke since Champ thought you were from NYC earlier

And damn those seats are amazing! I'm jealous!! I'm heading to the Giants game tonight.

Not sure what I should get at the ball park :nerd:

Hell I never know what I want at AT&T park

u wont regret it

rck3sactown rck3sactown Haha, I thought another person thought I was from NYC!

Tell me about it, those seats are the BEST I'll ever have. It's for our one year anniversary , I copped coachella tickets for us though.

If you're eating AT the ballpark, garlic fries are expensive, but I liked them a lot (Although it's been 13 years since I've been back ). They also have fried pickles now.

nawghtyhare nawghtyhare Good looks, appreciate it!
