I could see you point if you were keeping everything all the time, but if you're making money on the kicks that point is not valid at all, it's treated as a job and sometimes depending on what your job is you have to travel a lot.

I flew to Chicago 3 times this year for shoes, I’m in Texas first time I went in and out the other 2 times I went and enjoyed some good food I’ll go to Boston no problem

Yeah the issue here is people don’t leave they crib. So they look at 3 hours of traveling and gasp.

Leave your computer dudes, put your phone down get your passport tatted up or at least go to another state. Jesus..

I'm more irritated by the retailers coming up with these ridiculous hoops to jump through. The people who will actually jump through them are a whole other thing, but if you lived in NYC (or, lol, Ohio) and this was FCFS in Boston, would you make the trip? And let's say you do the reservation thing on the app and make the trek all the way to Boston thinking you have a pair reserved but things go sideways when you get there and they either oversold or it's like the ASG Nike pop-ups where you only reserved a space in line and not the Foams, so you made the trek just to get a pair of AF1s or Cortez or something else. You'd feel like a mook. Especially when they drop wide in a few months.

I mean, by all means, do whatever you want with your time and money, but hauling my *** to Boston ever from where I am isn't my idea of either being spent wisely at all.

Yes I would go there for fcfs in a heartbeat. That's what happened at Chicago for human race and it was smooth.

Nobody’s buying up everything Nike serves. However if people like a shoe why not? You rather them spend extra money to a reseller when they can pay retail and have the time to travel to do so? Your logic is flawed. The people willing to travel obviously want the shoe I have been in threads where people have been willing to travel for a shoe and I sit on the sidelines like oh hell nah those are wack. Whatever, do whatever ya want, my point is these are going to release more widely, and I can't see the profit on any resell for these things being worth more than the time, expense and energy to go to Boston to get them.

Lol, at the end of the day nobody can tell you what to do and if that's how you want to spend your time, do it. I didn't buy foamposites in 2011-2013 because it was too much of a hassle for me with low stock and people fighting about them. So I just waited and got all of the ones I wanted back then this year when they came back.

The bottom line is - I bought shoes I liked without hassle when Foams were hyped up, I got the Foams I liked without hassle 5 years later and I still had four week vacations to two different continents last year. I guess my idea of traveling somewhere doesn't involve either going there to just get sandwiches or buy shoes with a bunch of guys trying to kill each other over them. I'm kind of a convenient guy - if Nike doesn't give me stuff the way I like it, I won't buy it. There are alternatives.
