I don't think that I am. Sure his is fragile and thinks he is the victimI think you're underestimating the victim complex of folks like Elon.
And it's not like the GOP is above taking his money and banning EVs and high storage batteries, which would be a peak "Leopards ate my face" moment for Elon.
I just think that Elon is also rational. And he knows he can find a larger audience if he attacks liberals on cultural issues.
It is also convenient for him because those same people he attacks as extremists also get on him for:
-Treating his workers like ****
-Being anti-union
-Allowing racism to run wild in Telsa
-Being against anyone taxing his huge amount of wealth
-Having the first-mover advantage
-Animal Cruelty
-Etc.
He knows he can't find a very sympathetic audience with this stuff in the general public.
So he makes it about "woke progressives" because he knows there are a bunch of reactionary and aggrieved people ready to cheer him on.
