Actually feel McCarthy would do pretty well there funny enough .

Maybe not SB winning well but I could see him turning them into a regular playoff team.

I like Pete the most for them in this cycle though, that roster needs something with experience and cache.

Really don't feel like a first year coach would would work out well long term there with the organization being the way it is.

Need to build up a solid foundation/culture first before passing it over to a newcomer and expecting success.

Your Ben Johnson's and Aaron Glenn's will be better served elsewhere.

Of the names so far, I think I’d lean Marcus freeman.. and then you could get a former HC as OC and assistant HC, hell McCarthy might be available for that role
