I was able to check out a pair of travis. No pairs disappeared for me as I did not hit refresh. If you let the page hit the top of the hour, you will be able to click the shoe right away without refreshing.

Once you are in the sneaker page it was an easy check out. The shoe icon started to disappear after I checked out and refreshing the page.

watched the countdown at the top of the page

maybe they did sell really fast

when I got back to the product page when I scrolled down to where you click view more products it didn't do anything...maybe just a site error

That sucks, I did have issues a few times on it but was able to get most of what I wanted.

I think it changed to select models vs anything over 100 now.

It's weird because I talked to eBay on the phone yesterday and we spoke about authentications.

I bought two pairs of shoes that were less than $100 a piece and they went through authentication. A pair of Vapromax and a pair of Air Max 95's.

I knew the shoes were authentic but I guess they're doing certain models or almost everything.

That's crazy because I thought the sellers were vetted and the shoes already authenticated.

The authenticator's probably like "Nope, these are fake and I'm off for the day"!

Hahaha right. I called the customer service and they said the box was damaged so they failed them. I was like why can’t you reach out and ask if I’m ok with that? Really sucks

I hate Ebay….I bought a pair of South coast Lebron 9s retros for $65 and it has been 3 weeks and I have not received cause they sitting waiting for authentication… For a $65 GR lebron retro

So authentication call center and top star call center is different. Authentication call center actually don't know anything about top star. You should try and get that pushed over to topstar team to figure it out.

When I was having issues with a item purchase from top star I had to explain how topstar works to the dude.

The number on there page is the same customer support number for ebay. You will have to get the Authentication team to escalate it to TopStar admins to take a look. Because its more of a Topstar issue than a Authentication issue.
When you are speaking with the authentication people be like it was a top star purchase. Ask why wouldn't you get it and tell them that you would have lost a chance for the seasonal purchase. These authentication call center people do not know that its a seasonal drop only. I would say push for it.
