Even if that's cashmere I wouldn't drop a rodonculous amount on one. even Old Navy sells cashmeres for under $50. Wait for a sale.

I liked Maxwell's double breast suit for his performance too minus the bedazzeld shoes.

I like the color of your dads shoe but I am not particularly keen on the look.
Color-wise, i really see no reason why you can't wear it with a navy suit.
The suit you posted isn't really navy, it's not dark enough but even if your suit is darker, I think the burgundy leather will be a nice compliment.
Again, I just do not like the shoes overall other than the color.
